The number of WineLab loyalty program members has exceeded 3 million in June 2021 and increased by 50% over a year. The growth is due to both launching of new WineLab outlets and expanding the customer base in operating stores. In particular, the share of loyalty program members who has joined it in the outlets, which were launched in 2021, amounts to 5% of the entire client base.
It is expected that the number of clients in customer loyalty program will reach 4 mln by the end of the year, driven by scaling of the chain, client-oriented approach, development of new services and omni-channel system of interaction with customers, which is represented by retail outlets, e-commerce storefront and mobile application winelab.ru. Winelab is committed to improving service, marketing and communication tools to uplevel customer experience, introducing the loyalty program and omni-channel model advantages both through its own mechanics and in partnership with other market participants and suppliers.
