Markus Molitor

The owner of the winery is Markus Molitor who in the 1980s inherited his business and the largest farm in the Middle Moselle with a total area of 38 hectares.

The vineyards belonging to the Molitor family are unique, they are located on steep slopes and stretch from Brauneberg to Traben-Trarbach and the Saar. Today, Markus Molitor wines are the most reputed German wines. Famous wine critic Robert Parker gives Pinot Noir by Markus Molitor 100 points as the greatest Grand Cru Classe of Bordeaux.
